Baked Parmesan Chicken Legs

These are a family favorite. Everyone of my fellas loves chicken legs done this way. It’s kind of like baked "fried" chicken, only so much better! The parmesan cheese melts and make a wonderful coating to the chicken.
Baked Parmesan Chicken Legs
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup dry Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 – 4-1/2 lbs. chicken legs
Preheat oven to 350°. Place eggs into a bowl and beat. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic and black pepper. Dip each chicken leg into the egg and then dip into the bread crumb mixture. Place on a rimmed cookie sheet and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes; until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
I served them with salad and Mexicali corn.
